Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network devices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and functioning effectively.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks, VPN, and other networking technologies.
- Proficient in software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.
g.
, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
