PT Concession Merchandiser in Elizabethtown, KY
Responsibilities:
Travel is required to various stores within your assigned route oRecover, replenish and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits oValidate all the carton deliveries from the Distribution Center oImplement and execute the Planogram in-line with In-Store Presentation guidelines oReplenish stock from fixture storage and stockroom to ensure all products are on the sales floor oEnsure promotions and sale are in line with operational requirements oEnsure Markdowns are in line with operational requirements oOrganize extra stock in assigned areas (inside tower storage and stockroom) oProcess empty cards, transfers and damages as required oCheck style numbers in concession system to ensure scanning properly oProactively look for and make suggestions on how to improve sales performance oEnsure that the Concession area is kept clean and tidy at all times and products are not left on the floor oLead and train partner team by example demonstrating good product knowledge oProvide to Concessions District Sales Manager regular updates on performance of concessions, providing feedback and recommendations for areas of improvement Claire's is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and we encourage applications from members of all underrepresented groups, including those with disabilities.
