Production Supervisor / Production Manager FLSA:
Hourly Skills Show competency in running automatic cells.
Ability to run their assigned automated cell as well as learn other automation groups.
Meets 75-80% efficiency Machine time.
Manual lines knowledge and capable of running Proficient at required documentation.
Cell leader - able to coordinate material demand and finished products.
All other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to speak effectively with other employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as averages, cycle times, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
