Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the business operations, including but not limited to marketing, leadership, shift management, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers to maintain positive relationships.
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage the overall financial performance of the business, including monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Supervise assistant managers and delegate tasks accordingly.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in shift management to ensure smooth operations during different times of the day.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in training development to enhance employee capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability in team management to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Sound knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management practices.
- Previous experience working as an assistant manager is advantageous.
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing financial data and making informed decisions.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with a diverse workforce.
