Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer reports directly to an IT Manager who is responsible for Payments Processing. This position is responsible for technical support and executing tasks within our payment processing system. They will monitor the companies payment processing events and file transmissions. They will work closely with the Payments Processing team, interact with other departments and customers. This job requires good attention to detail as well as a general knowledge of computing systems. Payment processing is at the core of what iPay Solutions does and is mission critical.
The selected individual will be trained on our current systems, processing and monitoring standards.
Required Qualifications
Technical degree in the Information Technology field.
Solid experience with MS Office, particularly Excel charting functions.
Solid working knowledge of SQL.
Travel required - 0 to 10%.
Responsible for working until 8PM on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Experience in some programming language - C# preferred (This position is not a development position)
Experience with MS Excel charting functions.
Share Point experience.
FTP experience.
Payment Standards such as ACH.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
