Job Description Complete loan officer training and maintain current knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain successful relationships with referral sources, existing and prospective Century Mortgage clients. Meets with new customers as necessary during various stages of the loan process. Work with mortgage loan processors, associates, sales assistants and others Achieve production goals as established by Century Mortgage Company. Preferred Experience/Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Time management skills and ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives Century Mortgage Company is an Equal Housing Lender. NMLS 3925.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
