Plant Manager Amaray, located in Elizabethtown, KY, is an industry leader in the manufacture of injection molded plastic packaging for the media, healthcare and personal care industries. We have an immediate need for a Plant Manager, reporting to the VP of Operations. Candidate qualifications include a high degree of professionalism and dedication, at least five years of successful second level management experience, a proven track record of building a high quality team yielding excellent results. You must have prior plastic injection molding experience preferably at an ISO-9001:2008 certified facility, experience in Lean principles and a bachelor's degree. Amaray employs approximately 100 employees on a 24/7 shift schedule and our current business model is solid with an aggressive growth strategy in place. The Plant Manager will lead a staff of professionals to ensure our customers' quality standards and ship requirements are met or exceeded - we are all about exceeding customer expectations! You will coordinate with managers and supervisors for high productivity and ensure company assets are well managed to ensure the most effective return on investments. We desire an entrepreneur who is goal oriented, who will celebrate our great safety record and be an excellent communicator. You will monitor performance standards to ensure plant goals are met and implement cost reductions and process improvements to continually improve plant performance. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
