This candidate would provide support to oversee the production activities in all areas of the Hydroform department
Job Description
Oversee the rotation of production tasks
Monitor the skill level of all product technicians
See that all team members receive training in areas of need
Monitor all reporting of Hydroform activities to ensure accuracy and to identify areas of improvement
Act as Liaison between product techs and skilled trades to minimize downtime
Support product techs to maximize production and product quality while minimizing downtime and scrap
Promote team involvement activities to improve systems used in the Hydroform area
Technical Skills
2 years manufacturing experience in supervision or leadership.
Experience
Comfortable addressing employee performance
Comfortable with public speaking
Must have excellent communication skills
Capable of performing in a fast paced, multi-tasking production environment
Experience working in a computer integrated manufacturing environment
