Mission of the position
Analyzes financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data in order to recommend actions.
Main responsibilities
Assist controller with budget and forecast planning
Assist team by ensuring compliance with internal controls
Analyze and monitor capitol projects
Supports controller in goals/objectives
Mange the financial responsibilities of annual physical inventory
Develop monthly financial forecast for the facility
Assist operations by analyzing cost savings opportunities
Use Activity Based Costing to help allocate and analyze costs by product and processes
Academic degree preferred by the position
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent course work and experience preferred
Experience
1- 5 years of finance/accounting experience
Technical skills
Strong knowledge of excel
Knowledge of ERP a plus (Oracle & Hyperion)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
