Mission of the position
Guarantee plant capacity by improving maintenance efficiency in regards of scheduled work during downtimes. Ensure equipment availability, resources and materials to perform planned work.
Main Responsibilities
Focus 100% on planning & scheduling future work (Preventive, Predictive, Proactive and Corrective). Provide shop floor support for production.
Perform purchasing for components and materials to complete planned work
Stage materials and special tools as required
Create, use, and maintain machine history and other technical files to include information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid job delays
Evaluate job feedback to improve future work (parts, tools, time, etc.)
Conduct studies to help improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase throughput
Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair/preventive/predictive/design-out activities on the machines
Proactive involvement to support the safety of the plant and personnel.
Receive craft hours availability forecasts for the next week from the crew supervisor
Develop a 1-week schedule for each crew of work orders from the waiting-to-be scheduled file list in collaboration with crew supervisors.
Actively involved with the Metalsa Model practices.
Write applicable maintenance procedures that promote defect-free maintenance work quality
Academic degree required by the position
B.S. Maintenance/Engineering or technical/mechanical/electrical equivalent experience from Technical association
Experience
3 years of automotive/industrial manufacturing experience
4 years maintenance industrial processes preferred
2 years of experience leading groups of 5 to 10 people

Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment maintenance in industrial processes

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
